Just discovered your channel. I'm retired and live alone. I love to cook and follow some incredible chefs on UA-cam. But there are many times I don't feel like or don't have the time plus it's often difficult to prepare certain recipes for one. This and others are great ideas for quick and tasty recipes.

Yes finally fast and easy pasta dishes. But I can't eat the shrimp anymore . Its so sorry there are so many dishes I can't eat anymore morrel mushrooms,shrimp,fried oysters, chicken stuffing. But I'm sure going too try the baked asparagus and Salomon And the creamy pasta. And for my son I will add chopped pepperonis.

Moving to a new place requires grocery shopping. Having a complete but frugal pantry list would be so helpful. One thing not to think about. Shelf stable, frig and freezer stock up. Covering several weeks of your wonderful recipes. That would be appreciated.
